Efforts to forget everything like drinking till 3am will cause us to blame our own brain when in the noon we can't work effectively. On this state, we try to argue that we have done the right things. This happen because of lacking ability to solve problems due to decreasing of brain performance.



To improve cognitive aspect of our brain, we need enough nutrients and rest. Although everyday duties are felt so heavy, it is not good to forget them. Problem exists to be solved not to be forgotten. Forgetting all problem by drinking till 3am for example, will add problems because our brain capability to solve it will decrease. So the solution is improving our brain performance to solve all problems by keeping our brain in good condition.



No matter what problem we have in our everyday work, if our brain is ready to solve them, every problem can be solved. The problem solving itself, is a good way to keep our brain sharp. When we get accustomed with this, our problem solving techniques will improve. The Stress level can down and our self esteem improved. It is not worth anymore to depends on something like alcohol. Fundamentally, problems is opportunities to make everything better. Many people have misconception by trying to avoid problem. More problem we solve, more better we feel about ourselves, and stress level will be easier to be managed. The brain can be healthier when our capability to solve problem improved.



Problem solving techniques can be learned and many techniques than can be applied for many condition like education and work.



Why must we learn problem solving techniques? Because our brain like our body, need exercise. When our body stop doing exercise, it will become weak. The same condition apply on brain too.



To begin exercising brain, the first thing that need to be done is taking enough rest. Maintaining social life is a good rest for brain too. Because all depression about life can be stress. Don't hesitate to spend little time for talking with others.



Instead of trying to forget anything by drinking, sleeping is good substitution to be tried. When we get up we feel fresh and ready to face the day.



Doing physical activities is one way to make our brain health because heart will work to pump blood to all parts of body including brain. The blood will carry oxygen that is needed by brain. Many ways to increase brain performance both cognitively and physiologically.

Improving Brain's Health by Eating Healthier Food

Although old age is time when performance of brain weaken, there is a method that can help us to survive from brain decrement. By eating fresh fruits and vegetables, our brain is protected from weak when our age come old.



It is made possible because fresh vegetables and fruits contain antioxydant that are good for brain.



The fitness of our brain can be maintened by vitamin B. Lacking vitamin B will cause Alzheimer's and other diseases. Vitamin B can be acquired by eating green vegetables and beans. When you smoke too much, it is good to increase consumtion of beans and green vegetables because smoking will reduce availability of vitamin B in our body.



Junk food contains bad fat. Fats from hot dog for example, is not good for brain. Good sources of omega-3 fatty acids are good for brain. They are can be acquired from fish and beans. Eating fish and beans will keep our brain in its optimal condition.



Mind and body can be recharged by avoiding stress. Taking enough sleep six to eight hours could keep our mind in its prime condition. Healthy activities could help too because body will active and alert.



Exercising body had better accompanied by exercising brain. It is good to keep brain muscles active by reading and playing games that are specially developed for exercising brain. Any activities that make us learn is good to be done.



Keeping brain performance can be done by keeping the health of body.

Keeping away from stress could keep your recent memory. The release of cortisol could be triggered by stress. It is a neuro drug which can destroy brain's performance by handling recent memories. Recent memories may even shrink too if severed by chronic stress. Learning to relax will release tension from your body. Allowing stress although only one chance to bother you will cause reducing in brain performance.



2) Lower Consume in Cigarettes Smoking



The flowing of blood in veins will be affected by cigarettes. It reduces blood flow to brain and because oxygen consumtion of brain is supplied by blood, reducing blood means reducing oxygen supply to brain. As we know, brain needs enough oxygen to perform optimally.

Fundamentally, drugs we ate when we sick are toxins both for body and brain. The drugs is safe to be consume as long as follow legal precription from doctor. When the use of the drugs prolonged without medical prescription, it could cause memory loss.

The function of brain could also be determined from nutritions that we eat. Lack of certain nutrients may cause reducing function of brain. The healthy diet would absorb all vitamins that are needed by brain. Keeping away from junk food could help too.

These things actually not only for mental problems, The things are good also to keep mental stay healthy. These activities are also good for senior citizens till young generation to keep their mental and brain in fit condition.



Despite not all experts don't have whole believe to brain exercises benefits, studies have showed that people who have tried to perform brain exercises regularly have improved memory as well as focus.



Moving in Cross Way



Moving in Cross Way is a good exercise because our brain work in cross way. Left brain control right side of body and right brain control left side of body. The kinesiology principles can also improve brain's lateralization. The training can be done by getting right hand or elbow to left knee. Doing it for several times, when finish, do on the other side.



The exercise is believed to realign the circuits of brain when performed by babies so the left half of the brain is able to connect with the body left part. Exercise that can be done and good also is drawing eights number on a paper. By using right hand, draw for two minutes, eight number on a sheet of paper. When the right hand is finish, try to do the same thing by using left hand. The exercise should be done daily. The exercise could cause improved concentration and better coordination of hand and eye. Enhancement of mood and reducing stress are another benefits of this exercise.



Drawing eights can be practised not only by using paper and pencil, creating imaginary eight in the air by hands can be done also. It is enough for coordinating the both side of brain.

Exercising Brain by using physical Exercise to Increase Brain Performance

Our brain is a complicated thing. The left side of our brain control right body actions and movement. On the contrary, right brain control left body. of the right part of your body while the right portion of your brain controls that movement of the left part of your body. Hand is dominant part of body to be moved than other part of body. Brain exercise can be done by physical exercise.



People who use their right side of their body dominantly, stimulating left part of their brain. When people trying to use their left hand for certain task, right brain stimulated. Right brain responsible for intuitive and creative. On the contrary, people who use left hand side of their body, and right hand only for simple task, the side of brain for rasional is stimulated.



Tony Buzan supported this idea. He is author of Using Both Sides of the Brain. According to his opinion, by doing only simple crossing exercise or trainings, there are many feature for increasing mental functioning. The increasing on mental function will make good improvement on brain power. If the exercise pratised continuously, a man will young and fresh.



Many activities that can be done easily. Simple walking around room or getting dressed with closed eyes, playing childhood games; good brain exercise can also be trained by using game like computer chess. Never thinking that simple thing like that has no use because many brain exercises can be done by simple trainings that can bring good effect for brain no matter how trivial it is.



Some people blessed with ability to use both of their hand or called ambidextrous. May be we think that their brain will be better that others because they use the both of their hand. The concept is wrong and no research proof the idea.



People that are good in sport like cricket player, could train themselves; but it is not a guarantee that they are good in academics. Training both of body side is only one of many things to increase brain power.



Believed or not, physical activity has good effect for brain. The result accademically unnoticed but there are another aspects of brain influenced by physical activity like the ability to think creatively. By stimulating the both of brain side, someone is trying to get better brain performance. It is better than stimulating only one side of brain.

Many people take IQ test to proof how clever are they. They will be proud when their IQ score is good and ashamed when bad. They don't realize that their own outlook to themselves will determined how good their brain performance. Psychological effect on brain performance is really realized. When we think that we could perform better, our brain perform better too. Although many people believe that intellegence which they called IQ is stopping to grow when chilhood goes to adult, some people believe too that many factor including psychological matters influence intelligence.

Many real stories about people who never take high school can be rich. By using only bravery and perseverance, they climb to top position. They believe that they can be rich as long as they work for it. He did what he knew. People like this believe that if others can do they can do too.

Performing Better Brain by Better Feeling

Meditation could calm body and mind altogether. There are many ways to make meditation as simple as possible. On this article things will be explained how to make meditation done easily. Although to get meditation skills we need to practice years, however, relaxation techniques could be learned as simple as possible. Meditation will make your brain relaxed and all condition of your body renewed.



Reducing stress can be done by meditation and it is a good way; we could also think better if we are not stressed. Experts believe that constant stress can cause brain damage. Meditation is one of treatments to reduce stress.

Try to sit and relax comfortably, find how the way to do it. Then watch your breathing way for few seconds. Clear mind for a moment quietly. There are tips to assist.

As a beginner, it is good to find a quiet place to meditate. When you are becoming expert, you could meditate wherever you want. But in the beginning, you need quiet place.



2) Try to be as comfort as Possible



Take position as comfort as possible but not asleep. Crossing legs is meditation position for most people. Lying down is also good position but don't forget not to asleep. Perfect combination between comfort position but not asleep is the best meditation position.



3) Allow the Tension to go



Feel which parts of your body tensed. It is good to learn to tense parts of your body up and then release the tension. You will feel relax when all tension drained from your body. Repeat the process untill you learn how to relax.



4) Take Properly Breath



Taking properly breath with nose. By using nose, the air can go easily to your lung. You may feel the chest expand when you take breath through nose.



5) Pay attention



Other thought may disturb mind concentration, but try to concentrate to your breath. By realizing this facts you will be reminded always when things disturb your mind to concentrate.



The meditation is good to be performed at least five minutes. Together with practising everyday, you will find your need to practising more time. The longer you meditate, the greater you realize that meditation could help you to focus your mind. Better brain performing could be resulted by better feeling.
