Exercising Brain by using physical Exercise to Increase Brain Performance

Our brain is a complicated thing. The left side of our brain control right body actions and movement. On the contrary, right brain control left body. of the right part of your body while the right portion of your brain controls that movement of the left part of your body. Hand is dominant part of body to be moved than other part of body. Brain exercise can be done by physical exercise.



People who use their right side of their body dominantly, stimulating left part of their brain. When people trying to use their left hand for certain task, right brain stimulated. Right brain responsible for intuitive and creative. On the contrary, people who use left hand side of their body, and right hand only for simple task, the side of brain for rasional is stimulated.



Tony Buzan supported this idea. He is author of Using Both Sides of the Brain. According to his opinion, by doing only simple crossing exercise or trainings, there are many feature for increasing mental functioning. The increasing on mental function will make good improvement on brain power. If the exercise pratised continuously, a man will young and fresh.



Many activities that can be done easily. Simple walking around room or getting dressed with closed eyes, playing childhood games; good brain exercise can also be trained by using game like computer chess. Never thinking that simple thing like that has no use because many brain exercises can be done by simple trainings that can bring good effect for brain no matter how trivial it is.



Some people blessed with ability to use both of their hand or called ambidextrous. May be we think that their brain will be better that others because they use the both of their hand. The concept is wrong and no research proof the idea.



People that are good in sport like cricket player, could train themselves; but it is not a guarantee that they are good in academics. Training both of body side is only one of many things to increase brain power.



Believed or not, physical activity has good effect for brain. The result accademically unnoticed but there are another aspects of brain influenced by physical activity like the ability to think creatively. By stimulating the both of brain side, someone is trying to get better brain performance. It is better than stimulating only one side of brain.
