Improving Brain's Health by Eating Healthier Food

Although old age is time when performance of brain weaken, there is a method that can help us to survive from brain decrement. By eating fresh fruits and vegetables, our brain is protected from weak when our age come old.



It is made possible because fresh vegetables and fruits contain antioxydant that are good for brain.



The fitness of our brain can be maintened by vitamin B. Lacking vitamin B will cause Alzheimer's and other diseases. Vitamin B can be acquired by eating green vegetables and beans. When you smoke too much, it is good to increase consumtion of beans and green vegetables because smoking will reduce availability of vitamin B in our body.



Junk food contains bad fat. Fats from hot dog for example, is not good for brain. Good sources of omega-3 fatty acids are good for brain. They are can be acquired from fish and beans. Eating fish and beans will keep our brain in its optimal condition.



Mind and body can be recharged by avoiding stress. Taking enough sleep six to eight hours could keep our mind in its prime condition. Healthy activities could help too because body will active and alert.



Exercising body had better accompanied by exercising brain. It is good to keep brain muscles active by reading and playing games that are specially developed for exercising brain. Any activities that make us learn is good to be done.



Keeping brain performance can be done by keeping the health of body.
