Human brain is very complex. Millions of neurons work to keep you health and strong. The brain can grow five time bigger than average mammal. The frontal lobes and the forebrain are the ones responsible for self-control as well as planning and reasoning so they are expanded. To get healthier and stronger body you need to increase brain power.
The critical development of our brain is during our childhood. The capacity of body to absorb nutrients is weakened when we grow older. Protecting ourselves from illness is more difficult. Injuries and stresses come easily. We could also lose neurons during aging process. Neurons called also brain cells. The neurons can't be regenerated. It is different from other body parts that can be regenerated and repaired by nutrients and rest so our brain can perform like condition we were young.
To keep our brain fit and strong, there are many things to be done or not to be done.
Things to do:
Maintaining vitality can be established by doing regular exercise.
Active learning can cause mind exercised more. By trying new experiences we could learn firsthand experiences.
Social life maintaining can cause happines. It is better not to life alone. Happy condition can cause healty condition of body.
Never feel having no power. As long as human want to take effort, everything can be directed. Keeping positive thinking is good for body and brain.
Never be tied up by stress because all stress actually can be handled.
Foods thats enriched with antioxidant and vitamins are good for our body and brain.
Sleeping six to eight ours a day is good too for our body. Professionals believe it.
We need to devote attention to health problem as early as possible.
Things not to be done:
It is better avoiding drinking alcohol to much smoking cigarettes!
It is better not to forget informing doctor about mental condition and reporting mental condition changes as well as not to miss visiting doctor when changes occur.
Self medicating will cause negative effect to your mental status espescially when taking more than on drugs.
Never isolating yourself from other because it is not good for mental condition, brain and body.
Stopping experiencing new things is bad.
In order to have healthy mind, positive attitude is important. Keep ready to face all condition in life. Better attitude can bring better health of our body and brain.
