Efforts to forget everything like drinking till 3am will cause us to blame our own brain when in the noon we can't work effectively. On this state, we try to argue that we have done the right things. This happen because of lacking ability to solve problems due to decreasing of brain performance.
To improve cognitive aspect of our brain, we need enough nutrients and rest. Although everyday duties are felt so heavy, it is not good to forget them. Problem exists to be solved not to be forgotten. Forgetting all problem by drinking till 3am for example, will add problems because our brain capability to solve it will decrease. So the solution is improving our brain performance to solve all problems by keeping our brain in good condition.
No matter what problem we have in our everyday work, if our brain is ready to solve them, every problem can be solved. The problem solving itself, is a good way to keep our brain sharp. When we get accustomed with this, our problem solving techniques will improve. The Stress level can down and our self esteem improved. It is not worth anymore to depends on something like alcohol. Fundamentally, problems is opportunities to make everything better. Many people have misconception by trying to avoid problem. More problem we solve, more better we feel about ourselves, and stress level will be easier to be managed. The brain can be healthier when our capability to solve problem improved.
Problem solving techniques can be learned and many techniques than can be applied for many condition like education and work.
Why must we learn problem solving techniques? Because our brain like our body, need exercise. When our body stop doing exercise, it will become weak. The same condition apply on brain too.
To begin exercising brain, the first thing that need to be done is taking enough rest. Maintaining social life is a good rest for brain too. Because all depression about life can be stress. Don't hesitate to spend little time for talking with others.
Instead of trying to forget anything by drinking, sleeping is good substitution to be tried. When we get up we feel fresh and ready to face the day.
Doing physical activities is one way to make our brain health because heart will work to pump blood to all parts of body including brain. The blood will carry oxygen that is needed by brain. Many ways to increase brain performance both cognitively and physiologically.
